Cooking, Healthy Eating, and Food Strategies (C.H.E.F.S.)
C.H.E.F.S. cooking classes focus on the preparation of whole, plant-based foods while explaining the evidence that supports their cancer fighting properties. Attendees will gain knowledge, confidence, and food skills through evidence based lectures and cooking demonstrations. Participants also enjoy a generous sampling of all food prepared, and leave the class with a detailed shopping list to prepare these foods at home.
C.H.E.F.S. is offered several times per year in collaboration with Jeanne Petrucci, MS and Living Plate LLC.
